What We Provide
We offer skilled nursing services in participant's homes or the location of their own choice in Sydney, NSW.
Our services are for any participant with low or high intensity NDIS plans.
Our nursing team are practitioners who are highly experienced, respectful and trustworthy.
We come to you, in your preferred environment, to provide a range of specific nursing care treatments and can optimise your time by collaborating with your GP or other medical specialists.
Registered NDIS Provider
LBS Support Services are experts on the NDIS and ensure our nursing care fits within your plan. We strive to keep you supported at home by providing excellent care in your own space.
If you're an NDIS participant with Nursing Care in your plan, we'll collaborate with you and your chosen nominees to optimise your health and wellbeing. We're committed to discussing, tracking, and providing feedback on your care and support, actively cooperating with other healthcare providers in your circle.
We will work in partnership with you and your nominees to plan your nursing care to provide convenience and allow you time to enjoy other aspects of your life.

Wound Management and Treatment
We specialise in wound management and skin integrity. Our experienced Registered Nurses can assess, use evidence and best practice guidelines to select and procure wound products to promote wound healing and your comfort.

Catheter Management
We administer indwelling and supra-pubic catheter changes, trouble shooting and care. We will also provide education to registered nurses, nominees and prevention of pressure injuries.
Medication management
If your health or medication needs changing, we offer experience and guidance with medication administration or management.
Pain and discomfort advice
We can provide experienced advice for manage pain and discomfort. In addition, we will suggest alternatives to medication and/or collaborate with your medical team to address changes in your experience of pain or discomfort.
External Feeding Support
We can provide education and delegation to nominees or approved support workers to inspect, clean, administer enteral feeds. We are also highly skilled in providing skin integrity assessments and education to prevent pressure injuries.
Difficulty with Swallowing
We can perform dysphagia assessments, nursing advice for participants and nominees, chest assessments and collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary teams involved in your care.
Complex Bowel Management
We can advise, treat and administer medications to assist your bowel function or relieve constipation.
