BACKGROUND
LBS Support Services has a heart for people. As the founders, we strive to ensure that care for others is primary concern.
We started LBS Support Services to ensure that all people have the opportunity to receive housing and nursing care that is safe, respectful of individual choice, and is compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards.
Our exceptional nursing team serves participants with concern, care and compassion. Care is tailored to participant needs and goals.
We are experts in navigating the NDIS and will provide care in partnership with NDIS clients and their nominees.

Steven Roberts
Steven 'Steve' Roberts is an accomplished and results-driven professional specialising in risk and compliance. Bringing extensive experience from pivotal roles across the government, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
With a passion for delivering quality client outcomes and navigating complex processes, Steve excels at developing and implementing robust governance frameworks, conducting probity investigations, and ensuring stringent regulatory compliance. He is adept at providing strategic risk advice, managing diverse stakeholders, and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical practice.
Steve's expertise is underpinned by a strong educational foundation, including a master’s in financial planning, and key professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Known for his objective, analytical, and collaborative approach, Steve is a dedicated leader committed to continuous learning and achieving exceptional results in high-pressure environments and is currently undertaking a law degree.
Natasha Shone
Natasha Shone is an innovative and highly experienced Nurse Practitioner, renowned for her leadership in pioneering advanced clinical practice within aged care and her extensive expertise in emergency and acute care settings.
Natasha was instrumental in establishing a large organisation's first-ever NP role, developing a robust framework for advanced clinical practice, and successfully expanding the NP team. She provides comprehensive primary and acute care for residents, excelling in diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and chronic disease management for complex conditions. Natasha is also adept at mentoring junior staff, driving continuous quality improvement initiatives, and significantly reducing unnecessary hospital transfers.
With a Master of Nurse Practitioner from Flinders University and a Master of Nursing (Emergency Nursing) from the University of Tasmania, Natasha's practice is underpinned by a strong academic foundation. Her career showcases a commitment to delivering patient-centred, holistic care, and her skills in rapid assessment, critical thinking, and collaborative care have consistently enhanced patient outcomes across diverse healthcare environments. Natasha is a dedicated professional focused on advancing nursing practice and improving patient safety.
